Buckner Kenya is under the promising leadership of Dickson Masindano, an Alumni of The University of Nairobi and Hardin-Simmons University, USA. Dickson is supported by a Board of Directors and over 130 staff members across the country working to make a difference in the lives of children, families and communities in different program approaches. Buckner is a countrywide organization that seeks justice for vulnerable children and communities.

ROSEMARY WASIKE
DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMS
Rosemary Wasike serves as the Director of Programs at Buckner Kenya Family Hope Center, where she provides strategic oversight and leadership across all program processes and operations. In her role, Rosemary is instrumental in realigning program strategies to align with the broader organizational goals and objectives. She works closely with line managers and program staff to assess the needs of vulnerable children and families within target communities, guiding the development and implementation of impactful interventions. With a keen focus on outcomes, she monitors program progress and ensures that initiatives remain on track. Additionally, Rosemary plays a critical role in financial stewardship, approving monthly budgets to support the successful achievement of organizational objectives. Her leadership is marked by a deep commitment to transformative, community-centered care and sustainable impact.

VIOLET WESONGA
SENIOR MANAGER, PROGRAMS
Violet Wesonga is a dynamic and results-driven leader with over a decade of experience in coaching, mentoring, and leading within Public Benefits Organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager, Programs at Buckner Kenya – Family Hope Centers, Violet is renowned for her strategic coordination of resources to maximize impact and drive positive outcomes. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Community Psychology from Makerere University and a Master of Arts in Project Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi. Her academic foundation, coupled with her professional journey, has equipped her with a diverse skill set in communication, project management, organizational development, and team leadership. Violet is known for her exceptional interpersonal skills, proactive problem-solving approach, and unwavering commitment to excellence. Her passion for empowering communities and fostering strong teams has consistently led to remarkable program achievements and transformational leadership in every role she undertakes.
