According to Country Executive Director Dickson Masindano, the move to start schools in different programs was influenced by the urge to get more children from vulnerable communities get easy access to education services.

“Starting primary schools in all our programs is the best and easiest way we can reach out to children within the communities where we operate from with quality education, based on our core values,” Said Dickson.

Nelson Mandela once said, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world,” Buckner Kenya schools use the weapon to not only educate the pupils but also empower them spiritually.

“What makes our schools different from the other schools is the fact that we empower our pupils spiritually. Our teachers are guided by the values that we espouse,” Added Dickson.

Buckner Kenya schools include; Reynolds community school in Cherangany, Seed of Hope Academy in Kitale, Mudoma ECDE in Busia, Hope Buckner Community School in Bungoma and Baptist Preparatory School in Nairobi.

All schools posted excellent KCPE results in the previous years, have professional teachers, spacious classrooms, well equipped computer laboratories and play grounds with swings and slides.
