Dandora in Nairobi County is a suburb that hosts Maili-Saba village which is the home to Buckner Kenya Baptist Children’s rescue centre.

Baptist Children rescue centre was established in 2001 to care for at high-risk children from neighboring communities. In collaboration with the government, police,Children's department and the community, at risk children are given temporary shelter for not more than 3 months before they are re- integrated into kinship or foster families.
