Embracing 5 STAR Customer Service.
Buckner Kenya's members of staff are 5 stars in action.
Buckner Kenya’s Executive Country Director, Dickson Masindano has officially launched 5-STARS Customer Service program, in all Buckner Kenya Family Hope Centers across the country.
Just like the STAR, that glows and twinkles brighter than the sun, members of staff from Buckner Kenya; Smile and Great their clients, Take initiative, Accept
Responsibility, Respect the Whole Person and Seek to understand both internal and external clients.
“5-STAR Customer Service is a platform that gives room to all Buckner Kenya staff to practice hospitality when handling guests, both internally and outside the office. The clients will also be granted an opportunity to make inquiries on different areas that we serve, freely,” said Mr. Masindano.
According to Tom Mboya, a 5-star customer Service champion, the client’s views and suggestions will be respected and appreciated at all times.
“Our clients come first, therefore; the 5 stars customer service platform aim at ensuring that all our clients feel at home when they visit our offices. This is
because our staff will always seek to understand and respect the whole person,” Said Tom Mboya.
The three-day event saw the appointment of customer care champions and leaders from Buckner Kitale Family Hope Centre (Seed of Hope), Buckner Cherangany Family Hope Centre (Reynolds), Buckner Nairobi Family Hope Centre (BCC), Buckner Busia Family Hope Centre, Buckner Bungoma Family Hope Centre and Buckner Kenya’s support office in Nairobi.
Buckner Kenya, looks forward to serving all it’s internal and external clients in their clinics, schools, Family Hope Centres, and at the Support office.
